Sergio Chapa

Sergio Chapa is a computer scientist with a focus on sustainability and climate change issues. Whilst undertaking his studies in Mexico, Sergio started his own recycling business based on vending machines. Sergio then worked on several IT projects for the federal government of Mexico. In 2020, Sergio graduated with a masters degree in sustainable energy from the University of Queensland, Australia. Sergio has researched the German hydrogen rail system, and he completed a pre-feasibility study for opportunities to deploy hydrogen rail in various other countries, including China, Australia, United Kingdom and United States. Sergio is interested in promoting the Global Carbon Reward within Mexico and other Spanish speaking countries.
